Simple, Network-Rewarded Pricing
One annual Allocation Fee per managed student — reduced by a Network Credit for every residence on the Student Residence Management System. The more of your network is connected, the lower your effective rate.

≈ R29 per managed student per month — a single annual line item, no per-portal charges.

Network Credit
For each accredited residence running on the Student Residence Management System — capped at 15 residences (up to −R150/student/year).
A connected network is cheaper to run and richer in data, so we pass the saving straight back to you.
Price Floor
≈ R16.67 per managed student per month — the lowest your effective rate can ever go, no matter how large your network.

How it works for one student
